Conventional asphalt

Conventional asphalts, or PEN asphalts, are products obtained through the petroleum distillation process. They are an essential input in road infrastructure projects, as they form the basis for the manufacture of hot mix asphalt, used in the surface layers of roads and other road works. Thanks to their optimal mechanical properties, they contribute to the formation of impermeable, resistant, and high-performance surfaces, guaranteeing durability and efficiency on the roads where they are applied.
